What do I need to do to get my free gift?
You get your gift by completing the required amount of offers and referring some friends to do the same.

What is an offer, and how do I complete one?
An offer may be for a product or service, or merely for registering on a website. Each offer has different terms for completion, which are usually listed along with the offer description. Here are a few tips for ensuring you receive credit for offers you complete: 1. Clear your browser's cookies before you click on an offer. A cookie is used to let the advertiser know that you came from our website (that way we know who to give credit for completing the offer) If there are any conflicting cookies present you may not receive credit. To clear your cookies in Internet Explorer , click Tools, then Internet Options. Under the General tab there is a section called Browsing History, and a Delete button. Click the button and then click Delete Cookies on the next screen. Uner Internet Explorer 6, click Tools then Internet Options. Under the General Tab click on the Delete Cookies button. Using Firefox, click Tools and then Clear Private Data. Make sure Cookies is checkmarked and then click OK. 2. Make sure your browser is configured to accept all cookies. In Internet Explorer (all versions), click Tools, then Internet Options, and under the Privacy tab, move the slider all the way to the bottom. 3. Disable any ad- or pop-up-blocking software or features. Internet Explorer 7's popup blocking option is under the Tools menu.

Can I have more then one account per site?
No. This is strictly against our policy. Having multiple accounts for a site for any reason is not allowed.

How long does it take to get credit for an offer?
Most offers are credited within two days, however some offers may take up to two weeks to credit.

I've cashed out. How long until I get my free gift?
We process and pay out all order on the 30th of the month for all orders submitted by the last day of the previous month (Net 30).

How can you afford this?
The advertisers pay us to send them potential customers. This is a very effective marketing technique because the advertisers only pay for fully acquired customers. Its a win-win situation.

How do I make money using your affilate program?
You will get paid 15% of what your referrals make.You can make a few hundred extra dollars a month just by referring other members to our site!

Can I join if im not from the US?
Yes! We allow membership from over 20 different countries!

What gifts are available for international members?
Currently we only offer paypal, alertpay and emailed gift certificates as a cashout method for international members. We do not ship physical gifts overseas.

Can I transfer referrals between accounts or sites?
No. Any offers you complete or referrals you get for a particular site can only count towards getting your free gift on that site. We do not transfer credits or referrals for any reason.

Can I delete my account or change who I signed up under?
No. If you no longer wish to use your account you can simply abandon it. Once signed up you can not have your account deleted or change who you signed up under. In addtion we only allow one account per person or household.

Can I use a shared or public computer to sign up?
No. If you join with a computer that others may join from it is very likely that your account will be disqualified due to duplicate accounts. This is one way we check for fraud and cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Can I refer someone who is living with me?
No. Only one account is allowed per household.

You have requested a confirmation E-mail or I have not been credited for an offer I completed, what do I do?
If you have completed an offer and have waited atleast two weeks, of if you're account status page shows a confirmation E-mail request you may then file a missing credit request in one of two different ways. You may either open a support ticket or you may forward your confirmation E-mail from the advertiser to us at support@halcyoncash.com. Please make sure you include full E-mail headers when sending us confirmation E-mails.
